"Andy was fantastic throughout the consultation process, he took time to understand what we wanted and how we wanted our Dad to be remembered. He was an absolute professional in every conversation we had and really helpful. He made sure we understand all the new restrictions and COVID related changes and helped guide our family through a very difficult time.

During the ceremony Andy really helped to paint a picture of the man our Dad was and it was really comforting to us all that he was remembered for the special, fun man that he was. Andy made sure this was the case and it was a lovely service. Andy was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process and we will always be thankful for his support and the great service he conducted for us.
